Encryption at Rest & Transit

All files, extracted chunks, and structured database records are encrypted at rest using military-grade AES-256 encryption. Communications are strictly protected by TLS 1.3 with HSTS enforcement.

Zero AI Model Training

Our commercial contracts with foundational AI model providers legally prohibit using your tender dossiers, prompts, or audit outputs for model training or secondary retention.

Regional Sovereignty

Independent regional deployments ensure that EU corporate data never leaves the European Union (Germany West Central), and GCC data is isolated on dedicated sovereign regional infrastructure.

Granular Access Control

Strict role-based access control (RBAC) separates administrators, bid managers, and read-only reviewers. Audit logs record every administrative operation.

Tender File Processing Lifecycle

  1. Encrypted Ingestion: Tender PDFs and Excel sheets are uploaded over TLS 1.3 and placed into encrypted disk storage partitioned by company and region.
  2. Fact Reading & Parsing: Legal clauses, dates, and requirements are extracted in memory. Chunks are analyzed under secure, non-streaming deterministic pipelines.
  3. Cross-Volume Verification: The audit engine evaluates contradictions across tender volumes against our 249-country statutory database.
  4. Continuous Retention Control: You maintain full control. When a tender or company account is deleted, all raw documents and derived facts are purged permanently.
